Catalogue and enquiries
Browse the catalogue to identify a bike or accessory, then check the exact model, size, specification, price and availability with us. Basket selections and messages are enquiries; they do not in themselves create a purchase contract or reserve stock.
Photographs help you compare products. Check the description for the item you are buying, including the selected size and colour. If information conflicts, ask us to confirm it before agreeing a purchase.
Agreeing a purchase
Before you commit, we will agree the goods or work, total price, payment arrangements and collection details. Any deposit conditions or additional charges must be explained at that point. You should keep the confirmation and information supplied with your purchase.
Online checkout and payment are not currently available on this website. Contact the shop to arrange your purchase. We will confirm the payment method and any deposit terms before you pay.
Collection
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and agree when you will collect. See collection information. This website does not offer home delivery.
Workshop work
We discuss the work required and the estimate before proceeding. Tell us about any known damage or modifications and provide a contact number so we can discuss the job. Any change to the agreed scope or charges should be agreed with you.
Cancellations and problems
Your rights depend in part on how the contract was made. Purchases agreed entirely remotely may have a statutory cancellation period even when collected in person. See returns and cancellations for the process. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that consumer law gives you.
