Sales
- All goods are sold solely through our brick and mortar shop. All goods remain Off the Rock Cycles LTD’s property until paid in full.

Payments
- We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (excluding American Express) and contactless payments.

Other methods of payments
- We accept most Cycle to Work schemes vouchers. Please note that some scheme vouchers may incur a commission fee because of the high commission rate charged to us.

VAT
- All prices quoted on our website includes VAT at 20%.

Deposits
- We require a 20% deposit to reserve or order an item. Please note that we reserve the right not to refund the deposit if you cancel your order.

Returns
- Goods may be returned within 28 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase, providing that they are unused and with the original saleable packaging. Goods returned without the original, saleable packaging cannot be accepted back.
- We can exchange the returned product or issue a refund based on the method of payment i.e. cash if you paid cash or bank card if you paid by bank card.
