We require a 20% deposit to reserve or order an item. Please note that we reserve the right not to refund the deposit if you cancel your order.<\/dt>\n

Goods may be returned within 28 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase, providing that they are unused and with the original saleable packaging. Goods returned without the original, saleable packaging cannot be accepted back.<\/dt>\n
We can exchange the returned product or issue a refund based on the method of payment i.e. cash if you paid cash or bank card if you paid by bank card.<\/dt>\n
